Ronald has years of international experience in strategic business development.
As a Flemish Industrial Engineer, Ronald has been living and working in Southern Europe for over 20 years. Over the last 20 years, he has developed several international projects in over 20 countries.
Ronald speaks more than a handful of languages, likes to work hard and with a focus on results, negotiates convincingly, is slightly provocative and dynamic with the aim of achieving the best results for all parties, creative and sustainable solutions.
In collaboration with Igor Van Assche, founder of Link2Europe, he started the Link4Projects project in 2016. Meanwhile, Link4Project has grown into a valued professional service for companies in construction and industry that want to use European subcontractors in an intelligent way.

Igor Van Assche comes from a family that took its first steps in the still young temporary employment sector in Belgium back in the 70s. In 1992 he joined the family business that was later sold to a large international temporary employment group.
After 15 years of working in this temporary employment company himself, he decided to set up Link2Europe in 2007, a company which focuses exclusively on international recruitment for Flanders and Belgium.
In 2015, we created an Engineers & Projects specialisation, which was renamed Link4Projects in 2017. With Link4Projects we offer a service to both foreign subcontractors and Belgian companies wishing to use subcontractors correctly.
